Born out of the pandemic.
Powered by the community.

Vibes On Logan is a community-funded, vinyl-forward outdoor party rooted in Logan Square, built by DJs, neighbors, vendors, dancers, families, and everyone who has helped keep the boulevard moving since 2020.

Our Story

People gathering outdoors in a park with lush green trees, sitting on the grass and in chairs, enjoying a sunny day.

Vibes On Logan started in 2020, when people needed music, space, and a reason to feel connected again.

What began as a small outdoor gathering on the boulevard grew into a neighborhood tradition — a place where DJs could play freely, vendors could pop up, kids could run around, neighbors could dance, and the community could come together without needing a ticket, a wristband, or a velvet rope.

Since then, Vibes has stayed independent, outdoor, and community-powered.

01

Resident and guest DJs bring records, deep cuts, classics, house, soul, disco, boogie, global grooves, and whatever else moves the boulevard.

WHAT MAKES VIBES DIFFERENT

What We’re About

02
Community-Funded

Donations, vendor fees, merch, and neighbor support help cover the real costs — sound, DJs, graphics, photography, equipment, porta potties, and everything it takes to keep the party going.

03
Built for the Neighborhood

Vibes is part party, part block gathering, part creative ecosystem — a space for DJs, vendors, families, artists, dancers, and neighbors to show up as they are.

COMMUNITY-FUNDED SINCE 2020

Why Support Matters

Free to Attend.
Community Powered To Produce.

A group of people gathered in a park during daytime for an outdoor event, with some sitting on the grass and others standing, surrounded by trees and soap bubbles floating in the air.

Community support keeps the music playing.

Vibes On Logan has always been free to attend, but it has never been free to produce.

Sound equipment, photography, DJ coordination, vendor logistics, and basic infrastructure all require resources.

Community support helps keep the party independent, accessible, and rooted in the people who actually show up.

When you donate, buy merch, vend, or spread the word, you're helping keep a piece of Logan Square culture alive.

SEVEN SEASONS AND COUNTING

Since 2020

What started as a small gathering during the pandemic has become a summer ritual.

Over seven seasons, Vibes On Logan has welcomed resident DJs, guest selectors, local vendors, photographers, families, longtime supporters, first-time dancers, and thousands of records spinning beneath the trees.

The formula hasn't changed:

Good music.

Good people.

A shared outdoor space.

People socializing outdoors near a food stand, with trees and sunlight in the background.

Born out of the pandemic.
